Great breakfast, savoury food choice. Good-sized room and central heating, a work desk, and TV inside...

We had the most pleasant few days there. Greatly enjoyed the way our immaculately clean triple room with 3 beds was. The atmosphere created was elegant. We had an exceptional service, great breakfast. The location couldn't be more marvellous to most places. What's more, it was so close to a safe area, the Vatican Museums and a bus station and a Carrefour market.

The honest truth about this
The staff's flexibility was a breath of fresh air! Just a short walk to St Peter's Square.
Breakfast was fine, nothing special-could use some improvement.

Here's the real story
The staff's understanding was amazing, accommodating my late flight cancellation. Conveniently located, just a 5-minute stroll to St Peter's Square. Basic amenities met my needs perfectly, with hot water and air conditioning. Breakfast was included. Value for money was spot on!

The staff are among the most caring people I've ever met. You see I was staying at this hotel due to the hospitalization of my mother, the staff was aware of my distress and went out of their way to make my stay as pleasent as the situation would allow. I will whole heartedly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome

It was a nice room within walking distance to the Vatican.
The airvconditioing did not work for the 3 nights we stayed there. Traffic noise was very loud so we had to sleep with the windows closed - it was very hot.

Staff friendly and rooms reasonably clean. Well located next to st peters and public transport close by. Decor basic but sufficient
Air conditioning did not work during 4 night stay. We were told it would be fixed but it was not during our stay. As a consequence had to sleep with windows open which didn't help much anyway and had to put up with traffic noise which made it impossible to have a good sleep. We are a family of 5 and they did however offer us two separate rooms to compensate for lack of air con. Also when leaving we asked for a taxi and they ordered a private unregistered taxi at inflated price

A short walk opens up to St Peter's Square. Breakfast included, even if the choices are somewhat limited.
The air conditioning couldn't keep up, and the bedding could use an upgrade to something softer. Overall cleanliness left something to be desired, as initial room conditions were less than ideal, leading to an uncomfortable start.

The Single Room was pretty basic but did the job. Hot water and air conditioning worked fine, all I really needed for the night. The room wasn't super fancy, but it was clean enough for my stay. Can't complain too much since I just needed a bed after a long day.
